Washington Wellness Center
Washington Middle School Wellness Center provides free health care to all students regardless of students insurance or ability to pay. We provide both medical care and mental health counseling. Services include:
- sports physicals
- immunizations
- treatment for illness
- health education
- much more!
Our team includes a Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health Counselor, Health Educator, and Office Coordinator. Referrals to community resources are available as needed. This includes referrals for health insurance, drug and alcohol treatment, mental health care, and chronic illness care.

Students can be seen at the Wellness Center by Ms. Gorecki, our Nurse Practitioner or Ms. Seltzer, our School Based Counselor.

Wellness Center Goals
The Wellness Center’s goals are to provide early detection and treatment of illness, encourage students to live positive healthy lifestyles, and enhance family communication around health issues. We work collaboratively with teens, their family/guardian, the school, and our community.
