Laptops and Technology
Laptops and Technology at Washington
All students will receive a laptop and charger. They are responsible for bringing their device to school every day, keeping it updated and in working condition, and reporting if it is broken, lost, or stolen.
Student Network Use Agreement
All students with individual network accounts will be required to accept the Seattle Public Schools’ network use agreement electronically when they first log on to the district network and when there are changes to the agreement. Read more about the Network Agreement and find forms.

Lost Laptop or Charger
If a laptop or charger is lost, students should make every attempt to find it. If you are confident the laptop or charger is permanently lost, there will be a $350 fine for a laptop or $48 fine for a charger added to the student’s account. This will need to be paid before the student receives a replacement.
Stolen Laptop or Charger
If a laptop or charger is stolen or taken by someone else and not returned, you should fill out a police report online. Send a copy of the police report to the Tech Office so they can get a replacement device for you.
