In honor of Black History Month, National African-American Parent Involvement Day (NAAPID) was created in 1995 to motivate families to remain invested in the educational system, while building partnerships in the community.
You are invited to spend the day with your student, attend classes, and meet staff and faculty on February 8th at 7:15 AM in the Washington M.S. Library. A light breakfast will be provided with a brief Q&A session. Families will be welcomed and given their student's schedule to follow for the day. We are excited for your attendance!! For any additional information or questions, contact Tia Yarbrough, Assistant Principal.
