3/10 WMS Weekly Bulletin

Good evening, Washington Middle School caregivers!

It was a busy week here! Students had ASB elections for the first time since the 2020 shutdown and it was beautiful reminding them the importance of democracy, civility, and integrity. We were also having too much fun at the Staff vs. Student Soccer Game! Find out from your student how the game was! Special shout-out to the Leadership Class for putting together a great Spirit Week as well.

Phones Away for the Day

We want to remind you personal electronic devices brought to school are at your own risk. Please note that the school is not responsible for looking for lost or stolen personal electronic devices.

We strongly encourage our students to use the school-provided laptops and leave their personal electronic devices at home to avoid distractions and disruptions to the learning environment.

Please note that our school policy prohibits the use of personal electronic devices during instructional time, except when used for educational purposes with teacher permission. We encourage our students to follow this policy and use their school-provided laptop for their academic needs.

Spring Sports

Remember that all students must have their physical and paperwork complete by March 29. Otherwise, they will be ineligible to compete for the season. Kaiser Wellness Center has many spots available for an on-campus appointment to get a physical complete.

Thank you for entrusting us with your students every day. Be BEST and we will see you on Monday.
