Flu Shot Clinic
Washington Middle School will be hosting a Flu Shot Clinic provided by Seattle Visiting Nurse Association. The clinic will be on Monday September 23rd from 9:30am until 11:30am. This clinic will be available to staff, students, and families of students. Students will get their flu shots for free. Staff and families will need to provide proof of insurance or pay $40.00 by cash or check. There are consent forms in the main office that can be filled out and returned to me.
