    I. Admin recommendations for new BLT members (Parent/Guardian Rep and Community Partner Rep)
    • LaKesha Kimbrough from Seattle University as Community Partner Rep

    • Admin will continue to recruit other reps for both Parent/Guardian and Community Partners to represent our diverse student body.

    II. BLT Schedule for the rest of the year
    • Budget will happen in January-March. Will most likely require additional meetings for BLT.
    o Emily Butler-Ginolfi will be hosting numerous budget meetings for WMS community to get input and priorities
    • CSIP will be worked on along with budget
    • PD for next year will be planned after budget based on evaluation and staff needs

    III. Budget Update for 2nd semester and next year
    • Trying to spend money we have now as district is predicting major shortfall for next year and starting to prepare for it now (potential 2nd semester spending freeze).
    • Admin would like to have listening session from all our student groups and a staff listening session.
