    Good evening, Washington Families,

3/28 Student Led Conferences: This is just a reminder that this Thursday, students and staff will be participating in Student-Led Conferences. For this reason, there will be no transportation or school-provided food services on Thursday. Students must only come to school for their scheduled student-led conference. If you have any questions, please reach out to your student's advisor and/or the main office.

Lost & Found Getting Full: Our Lost and Found in the main office is getting quite full. We encourage your scholar to swing by the main office to look for their things. We have partnered with a local non-profit to donate remaining items and will be doing so the week of April 15th.

4/1-4/5 Spirit Week: Students will receive another flyer with the dress day themes this week in preparation for next week's Spirit Week. We will end the week with an athletics recognition assembly and dance before heading into our Spring Break vacation.

8th Grade Family Night: Meany and Washington Middle Schools are proud to team up again this year for an 8th grade Family Night. The event will be at Meany Middle School, on Wednesday April 24th from 5:30-7:30. There will be a FREE catered dinner and FREE childcare! Staff and student representatives from Garfield, NOVA, Franklin and Cleveland High School as well as athletics, clubs, ASB and other organizations will make up the panel to answer all of your questions. Community organizations will also be present, including Coyote Central, Therapeutic Health Services, Atlantic Street Center, Treehouse, Country Doctor and many more! We can't wait to see you and help you and your student with the transition to high school.

We look forward to seeing your scholar tomorrow for a great week of school.

    Your Washington Family
