End of Year Field Trip Information
    Posted on 06/07/2019
All grade-levels will take field trips on the last day of school, which is Thursday, June 27th. Students who have completed their Student-Led Conference who don’t owe any book-related fines, and who turn in their signed permissions slips and money may go on the field trip. Financial assistance is available. Permission slips are due Monday, June 24th.

The field trip can be paid for with cash, check or credit card. Checks should be made out to “Washington Middle School” or “WMS”. Make credit card payments online via your www.schoolpay.com account. Permission slips and money must be turned into Mr. Lee in the Student Store/Fiscal Office. If your family requires financial aid for you to go, please complete the request on the other side of the form that students received in advisory on Friday. Bring the form to Mr. Matsumoto or Ms. Hamilton to approve the request before returning forms. If you would like to donate to support other students going, please include any additional amount in your payment if you would like to help another student family in need.

Classes will not be held on the last day of school. Students will begin the day in their advisories and all buses will leave at 9:15 and return to school around 1pm. Just a reminder that the last day of school is a one-hour early release, so school will let out that day at 2:45. From 1-2:45pm, students will have activities in the gym and outside on the blacktop.

6th graders will be going to Lynnwood Skate & Bowl. The permission slip can be found here.
7th graders will be going to Tukwila’s Family Fun Center. The permission slip can be found here.
8th graders will be going on the Argosy cruise. The permission slip can be found here.

We encourage all parents to get the permissions slips in. Advisors will be reaching out again with attempts to finalize SLCs for students who have not yet completed them.
